Edgems Fluency boards are the perfect tool for my sixth grade mathematics intervention class. They provide me with pre and post assessments, fluency routines that build number sense, and target skills that are the center of my small group instruction. My favorite part is the included 'Mix it up' which provides a spiral review of prerequisites and grade level skills. The cohesive design complements the Edgems 6th grade math curriculum and allows me to provide multi-tier support as a math interventionist.

I have been using the EdGems Fluency Boards for over a month now. I use them in small group work with my 6th, 7th & 8th grade students. We have had great conversations about the number routines. A particular favorite of my kids is the "Which One Doesn't Belong" activity because it has a low floor/high ceiling and we always hear a wide variety of ideas. I am seeing positive growth from all of my students in the skills work and we have also had some great conversations there about why we use algorithms the way we do. Overall I have loved using this resource to help my students grow in Number Sense!

They provide ALL students activities that build essential math skills necessary to tackle the more advanced topics down the road.
